✔ Only Bank Payments Accepted

Ultrahivac accepts ONLY the following modes:

  • NEFT / RTGS / IMPS

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Advance Payment via Bank Deposit

  • B2B Purchase Orders (with advance payment terms only)

❌ Not Accepted:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Wallets

  • Payment Gateways

✔ Dispatch Only After Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received in our company bank account.

🟪 5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Full payment is received

  • Stock availability is verified

  • Invoice is generated and issued

  • Buyer acknowledges terms (for B2B orders)

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or fraud risk.

🟦 6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary based on product type, stock availability, and delivery location.

  • Once dispatched, tracking information is shared with the customer.

  • Any delays caused by courier providers or logistics partners are beyond our control.

  • Delivery dates mentioned are estimates and not guaranteed.
