REFUND POLICY – Ultrahigh Vacuum Solutions LLP

At Ultrahigh Vacuum Solutions LLP, we manufacture and supply high-precision vacuum components, fittings, pumps, accessories, and custom-engineered products.
We strive to ensure quality and accuracy in every order. However, if a refund is required, please review the details below.


🔁 1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

✔ Damaged Product (Transit Damage)

If the product is damaged during shipping.
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a verified manufacturing defect after inspection.

✔ Order Cancellation BEFORE Dispatch

If you cancel an order before it is dispatched.


Refunds Not Eligible For

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Custom-fabricated or made-to-order items

  • Products used or installed

  • Consumables such as O-rings, gaskets, greases, etc. (once opened)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after 15 days

  • Clearance, special-order, or bulk procurement items


🛠️ 2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@ultrahivac.in or 08042056543

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/videos of the product

    • Description of issue

  3. Ship the item back to our address (if required)

  4. Technical inspection is performed

  5. Refund is approved or declined based on inspection


🏦 3. Refund Method

As Ultrahivac accepts only bank payments, refunds will also be processed only via bank transfer.

Refund will be issued to the same bank account used for payment.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on banking partners

  • Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated


📦 5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If product defect is verified → Ultrahivac covers shipping

  • If the return is due to customer’s mistake or change of mind → customer bears shipping cost


⚠️ 6. Inspection & Verification

Refund approval is subject to:

  • Item condition

  • Original packaging

  • Serial number and invoice verification

  • Technical assessment by our engineering team

If the product does not qualify for refund, it will be returned to the customer.
