RETURN POLICY

At Ultrahigh Vacuum Solutions LLP, we aim to provide high-quality vacuum components, pumps, fittings, and engineering products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item under the conditions below.


🟦 1. Return Eligibility

A return request must meet all the following conditions:

✔ Must be requested within 15 days of delivery

✔ Product must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

✔ Product must be in original packaging with all accessories

✔ Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Returns are accepted only after review and approval by our technical evaluation team.


🟥 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature or usage:

❌ Custom-built / Made-to-order products

❌ Products used in laboratory or industrial setups

❌ Consumables such as O-rings, gaskets, greases (once opened)

❌ Items damaged due to incorrect handling or installation

❌ Clearance, discounted, or special-order items

❌ Products returned without original packaging

❌ Items beyond the 15-day return period


🟩 3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Email support@ultrahivac.in or call 08042056543

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the item

  3. Our team will review the request

  4. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

  5. Returned product will undergo technical inspection

  6. Replacement/refund will be processed (as per eligibility)


📦 4. Return Shipping

✔ If the return is due to defect, wrong product, or transit damage:

Ultrahivac will cover return shipping costs.

✔ If the return is due to customer reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong item):

Customer must bear return shipping charges.


🛠️ 5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo a verification process:

  • Condition check

  • Technical inspection

  • Packaging evaluation

  • Serial number & invoice match

  • Damage assessment

Refund or replacement will be initiated only after approval.

If the returned item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.


🔁 6. Replacement Policy

Replacements will be provided if:

  • Wrong product was supplied

  • Manufacturing defect is confirmed

  • Product was damaged in transit

  • Replacement unit is available in stock

If replacement is not available, a refund may be offered.
